2 months old ++

My precious little Arianna is 2 months old ++ ..  I've learned & noticed that she has grown taller & bigger .. on her last checkup @ SDMC, Subang Jaya, she had her circumcision done & her latest weight was 4.7kg.. gained another 1 kg since the last checkup.. ALhamdulillah... it's good to know that she's growing well.. I have noticed that she had more eye contact with me & tried cooing when I talked to her.. She likes to give her social smile when u smile/talk to her.. It's actually good to talk to ur baby since newborn.. although they wouldn't understand, but it will give good stimulation.. I'm enjoying my precious time with my lil baby, enjoyed watching her so happy while bathing, her sweet lil smile, her cute lil voice when calling her name.. i would really miss it when i start working again..  about a week ++ from now..huhu

Alhamdulillah, i had the chance to celebrate my 1st wedding anniversary on 24th January with my hubby :) As i celebrate my 1st anniversary, I'm thankful that i have a loving husband & a sweet daughter, i couldn't ask for more.. they are my precious apart from my family..

I decided to celebrate our first anniversary at somewhere quiet.. so we went to ShangriLa Putrajaya that night.. had wonderful dinner @ Azur.. the restaurant was decorated in blue with dim light..facing beautiful sceneries of putrajaya.. romantic :) The food main course was delicious..

the fishy story

Have u tried the fish spa before? The first time i went there it was about 3 years ago, with my friend, mon at berjaya times square. I was giggling throughout the session, very ticklish.. Then, 2 weeks ago, i went again , this time @ Kenko Fish spa at Mid Valley. me & hubby tried the foot reflexology & fish spa.. After reflexology, i went to the fish spa. Dr. Fish species called Garra Rufa will nibble away ur dead skin making ur skin smoother... i was carrying sleeping Arianna while seating on the small pool....

Twenty seven :)

Alhamdulillah, i am now 27 years old..getting older by a year.. hope that i'm more wiser ..hmm, time flies..It feels just like yesterday I celebrate my 25th birthday hehe I'm thankful that i was able to celebrate my birthday this year as a wife to my hubby Ariza & mother to Arianna Sofea.. Thank u hubby for the beautiful bouquet.. every year, hubby never missed to buy bouquet.. love u sayang..

I celebrate my birthday with hubby & Arianna this year, started with birthday lunch @ my favourite place, Chili's Empire & birthday dinner @ D'tandoor.. My parents were not around @ that time, they went to Penang for my cousin's wedding...Ween was in Labuan.. but she managed to sent a birthday present by post,, thanks :)

My birthday wishes this year:

• to loose weight.. to get back my pre-pregnancy weight (50kg).. 5 kgs to loose..
• to save money @ least RM10,000 /year
• to be more organized in life..
• to have a family holiday with ibu , abah & ween

& the list goes on...

a new year 2011

year 2010 has just passed.. a new year 2011 has just begun.. hope that it's not too late for me to wish Happy new year everyone! this is my first entry for this year.. Alhamdulillah i was blessed with a wonderful year 2010.. although there were many ups & down.. I am grateful & thankful to Allah that He has given me the chance to still breathe till today.. Alhamdulillah :)
Let me share about the wonderful year of 2010...

January

It was a month of many celebrations :) I celebrated my birthday this year with my fiancee (@ that time) & a week after that I had my simple sweet wedding @ my home in Shah Alam.. I became a wife to my beloved hubby sayang Ariza on 24th January 2010. A week after our akad nikah, we had our receptions in Concorde Hotel Shah Alam & PKPS Shah Alam.


February
A month of love :) hehe We had our honeymoon in London & Paris for a week Alhamdulillah :) It was a wedding gift from my parents in law.. Had a wonderful time in the city of love, Paris & London..

Baby news hehe I found out that I was pregnant in March, Alhamdulillah :) hubby & family were very happy to received the good news...


May
I finally completed 2 years of meaningful, tiring & wonderful experience of housemanship in Hospital Kuala Lumpur..after all the hardwork, finally housemanship was over..

Babymoon :) it was our 2nd honeymoon in Langkawi... we took the honeymoon package, it was a great romantic getaway! hehe started off the 1st day with sunset cruise and end the day with a romantic candlelight dinner by the sea hehe and a lot of shopping :)

New working environment! After all the appeal with Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia, at last i have to be thankful enough to be posted to Hospital Seremban as a medical officer.. I was posted to Emergency department as they were shot of Medical officer.. Alhamdulillah i love working there, great colleague and wonderful specialist, my former specialist in HKL, Dr Azhana. I learned a lot of things since i started working here and still learning ...

My 1st ramadhan as a wife :) It was a new experienced for me to wake up in the morning to sahur with hubby & perform solat terawikh with hubby..

My first aidilfitri with hubby & family.. Alhamdulillah this year i have the chance to celebrate Aidilfitri with my new family.. hehe i was heavily pregnant 7 months ++

Surprise baby shower ! Thanks to my twin sis, ween & my beloved hubby Ariza with the help of my parents who organized this sweet surprise baby shower. Thank u everyone for coming & for the gifts :)

My precious Arianna Sofea was born.. Alhamdulillah, after 9 months of wonderful pregnancy, i delivered a baby girl on 10/11/2010 @ 5.53am with birth weight 2.93kg..with my beloved hubby beside me.. it was a blessed pregnancy... i have shared the experience of delivering my lil baby @ my previous post here..


like everyone else, i have a few list of my new resolutions..Every end of the year, i will jot down this list n Alhamdulillah some of it have come true...this are My new year 2011 resolutions:

1. To be a better wife to my sayang hubby & a good mother to my precious Arianna Sofea

2. save money for future.. since we have bought a new house..
3. eat healthy food & exercise more..


4. pray on time & recite Al-Quran more often...

5. To learn something new in life.. like baking cake, try new recipes, sewing my own tudung hehe

6. To loose weight.. another 5 kgs

7. spend more time with my family
8. visit my sis ween in Labuan
9. Travel to a new country..
and the list goes on...

Loss of a friend.. Al-Fatihah

nearly 2 years ago I wrote here about my birthday wishlist.. & 1 of my wishes was for my friend to recover from Lymphoma.. However, i received the sad news early morning on 18th december.. he passed away 2.24am@ Hospital Ampang with his family by his side... I was breastfeeding early that morning when suddenly i received a message @ about 3am.. i was happy to see it was Afzal's phone number... but when i read the message, tears falling down my cheek.. it was a message from his brother Affendi, informing that he has passed away.. Inalillah.. He was intubated and induced coma from about 1pm the day earlier because he was having difficulty breathing & his blood pressure was crashing down..

I have loss a friend... a good friend that i would never forget..

to flashback on how I first met him... it was year 2000.. i first met him at the bowling alley in Kota Kinabalu during a interschool tournament.. it was my first bowling tournament.. Afzal & Jaffri represented La Salle school while me & my sister represented All saints School... we met again a few times during a few more bowling tournaments.. in 2001, i rarely see him as i have stopped playing bowling to concentrate on SPM..but we met again in 2002 @ Pusat Asasi Sains... he was there a few months before he was offered to pursue medicine in Sheffield University.. Me & my sister called him our "green button" because by seeing his face with his braces & curly hair, would always make us smile.. there is always "nur" in his face...He will always smiling...
Although he was in Sheffield pursuing medicine, he still keep in touch.

One day in 2008, I received a message from a friend who is studying @ Sheffield University as well... she told me that Afzal was diagnosed with Lymphoma... i was shocked... Afzal did not mentioned anything about his disease before this.. He wouldn't want us to worry about him...knwing the progress of Hodgkin's Lymphoma, i was worried.. He had undergone chemotherapy & like other people, he also experienced the side effects... I would always pray that Allah will ease his pain & suffering...
Afzal was a strong person... I couldn't imagine if i was in his shoes.. Although he was sick, he was able to study & graduated from medical school.. Alhamdulillah, he has graduated as a doctor.. but he couldn't practice as he was a patient as well.. He wanted to become a successful doctor, treating people to his best ability so that by the will of Allah, he can save lives, just as how he imagined it to be when he was a child... However, Allah has plans which has already been written.. early this year, Afzal's Lymphoma relapsed & this time it has spread to his liver & bones.. and again i couldn't hold my tears... i know the prognosis is bad...

Afzal was blessed with a supporting, caring mother who was always there for him.. and a wonderful family who always give him good supports & motivations.. I was sad to read these which was written by Mama Afzal ;

now part of me is happy for him because he is no longer suffering but a larger part of me is missing him so much. My baby is no longer with me. I am no longer able to take care of him for he is now under a more capable carer.
Al-fatihah for my friend, Mas Afzal.... You are a wonderful person that we will always remember in our hearts & will be missed...

If tears could build a stairway,
And memories a lane,
I'd walk right up to Heaven
And bring you home again.
Although it's difficult today to see beyond the sorrow,
May looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow.

I love bouquet.. to receive a bouquet is a wonderful feeling.. it's therapeutic..do u know that by looking at a bunch of beautiful flowers everyday can make u happy? It's striked me the idea 2 write about bouquet when i saw my friend, Erleena received a bouquet of roses for her 1st year wedding anniversary.. the last bouquet I received was during my 26th birthday early this year by my hubby (@ that time was fiancee :P) . he loves to give me flowers & i love it... hehe Hope that i'll get more & more in future.. hehe
